How it started
I (Victoria) started my learning journey in the first lock down! I started small with a few online courses and it all snowballed from there. I managed to secure a place working for a dog walking and training company in Sussex.
I continued to learn and grow with within the company, initially I covered private walking for our clients and I became the admin assistant, then the admin manager, learning all aspects of the business under the guidance of a qualified trainer and behaviourist.
When I launched Biscuits Buddies I started with group walks in a secure field, walking up to 6 dogs at a time alongside pet sitting and private walking.
N​ow as a certified dog trainer and separation anxiety specialist I focus solely on training services whilst my wonderful team take care of the walking.​​​

How did Biscuits Buddies come to fruition?
My partner (Colin) and I have 3 rescue dogs Biscuit (14), Scampi (10) and Ludo (4).

Biscuit is the reason for my chosen business name.
​
When Biscuit was rescued at 2 years old in 2013 she had been returned to the rescue centre 7 times! And was marked as aggressive and reactive towards other dogs - never to be homed with another dog.
​
Well how wrong they were, Biscuit is everyone's buddy!

Biscuit adores her sister Scampi and together they are quite the socialites, having made friends with everyone they met in Sussex they're now on a mission to do the same in south Wales.

We all relocated from Sussex in January 2022 and found our home in Fochriw soon after and so Biscuits Buddies was born
