How do I book and when do I pay?

For new clients please get in touch and we will respond within 48 hours
Once we have discussed all of your needs and you have selected us for your pet care needs, we use an app called "time to pet" for booking services and invoicing that you will be set up with access to

For ad hoc bookings you will be required to pay on a pay as you go basis, meaning you will need to make payment for each walk before it takes place and for recurring bookings you will be invoiced at the end of the month with payment due on the final day of the month

Where will my dog be walked?

All group walks take place in a private secure field
Solo walks are door to door

Paired walks take place in the local area

What if my dog is taken ill or injured with you?

Of course we always aim to keep all animals in my care safe and sound but if an accident should happen we am fully qualified in canine first aid and if necessary we will take your pet to the closest vet
When you sign up with Biscuits Buddies you will complete your profile on the app, there will be a section on vet and insurance details

Will I be charged if I cancel?

For walks and pop in visits there is no deposit required but you will be charged the full rate for any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice

My dog requires medication for a health condition, can this be administered?

Absolutely! We will be happy to discuss any requirements your dog may have

Are you insured?

Yes. The whole team is insured with Simply Business, First Aid trained and DBS checked

Can I meet you before I book?

Yes. We can schedule a meet and greet at a time that suits you
